If you know of an e-source but don't see it in this file, you absolutely must send it in at once to the exclusion of all else that matters to you by any means possible (one of the addresses below). Your contributions will be acknowledged in the e-sources document. Any AS/400 or S/3x resource accessible by PC modem or Internet is of interest. Corrections are also important, as is missing information. Your help will be very much appreciated.
