02/05/2007 Add code to create a unique named data queue each time it runs instead of using the same name. This to allow COMPILE to be called recusively by CHKOBJECT. Add new command called CHKOBJECT to check if objects exist before binding a program or creating an object. Also, changed AA_CREATE for new command create and to pass the source library name separately from program library name. 

06/29/2006 Added code to test up to three lines to see if lines have *_> flag. This to jump past comments added by SDA. Many thanks to Roger Vicker for this change.
